What type of KPI would I have in order to reduce a bounce rate of 37.14% on my website.My website URL: https://sites.google.com/a/my.westminster.ac.uk/muhammedrahman/I would need an answer asap pleaseThanks

First of all, instead of “Bounce rate” try start to find the “Adjusted bounce rate,” e.g. persons who visited your website, spend 10 minutes there reading your articles and then left your website is not the same as a person who visited your website, spent 3 seconds there and closed the browser tab.
