Wanted to assign KPIs to various functions in a textile manufacturing company weaving, mending , maintenance, dyeing , merchandising , designing etc

I believe finding some ideas for the KPIs is not an issue, if you are looking for the specific examples, have a look at these two articles:
A much more challenging task is to find few metrics that one need to focus on in order to change the situation in the current manufacturing. In this case instead of looking on some industry-standard metrics I would suggest to look at the bottle-necks and their indicators. For more ideas have a look at the 10-step KPI System.
