We need to measure the amount of Online Service Packages we offer on a Quarterly basis.
How can we measure the amount of Service Packages we as a Consulting Agency has to offer?

Ideally, you need to have a strategy before start thinking about KPIs. How to create a good strategy? It's tricky and will require your expertise:
Even the best KPIs won't change anything if they are not properly aligned with a business context, if a company's strategy is not well defined, if there is no clear understanding about what the company is measuring and way... Check out a "crash-course" for the Balanced Scorecard and KPIs.
Dear Xiomara, the business context of this measurement is not very clear for me.The amount is already is a measure… do you want to get some more specific information like your capacity to deliver these packages or something similar?
I would like to know the capacity and satisfaction from the clients for the Online service packages.
With this task in mind the starting point might to be conduce the survey with you clients/prospects.
