How can measure the inspection efficiency of custom made products,in which each item having different characteriscs, diffrente inspection time and can be affected by other departmnets. (practically difficult to set the target time). Need the functional indication KPI
Need to find/set a functional indicator KPI for QC inspector for a custom made products inspection(switch gear). Here too difficult to set the target time for inspection

Hi Anoop, I guess it is not only about the target time, but about other factors of the product quality. Obviously, first you need to define what quality product means in your case, what features/functions are important for your customers, etc.
