Hi Chris,
There is no such thing as a recommended set of KPIs for some area. Companies choose the indicators that fit their needs best of all.
Some might use 100+ indicators, some use nothing, and both might be doing good. The good idea to start is with understanding your own business context (what do you need to measure and why).
